Q3) what have you learnt from your audience feedback ( part 1 intro and survey)
In order to gain audience feedback on mu music video I created a survey using google form. My questionnaire focused on the interpretations of the audience and their response to the meanings. I focused on my audience demographic of teenagers 15-18 years old. Within this age group I targeted music lovers and people who would be interested and use the social networking site Instagram because of the nostalgic photo filter used throughout my production.

Posters that I had designed for the Band featured in my music video
I have recently created and designed these posters fro a local band "The New Scientists" who feature in my music video. The posters were placed up around the city to advertise Upcoming gigs. This allowed me to gain skills in editing and looking into print productions which will come in handy when designing the CD cases for my Music video. I used Digital Programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator, This also helped me to gain new skills in working digitally.
The photographers were chosen and taken by the band, this allowed me to gain working with a client skills and knowledge. I personally think these photos worked well as they capture the band in their own natural surroundings, their style is presented through clothing and the natural outdoor environment of the location of where they practise. I feel if I used images of them performing it would create a less personal outcome and an insight to the band, as the audience know that they play live and perform, also that anyone watching can take these photographs.
The font and typography styling was inspired by the bands current colour scheme and logo of the black and yellow used. This colour scheme works well as it is vibrant, making the logo and typefaces stand out against the black background. The colour scheme of the logo personally reminds me of the Doc Martin logo, To be this is a clever link as the band Doc martin produce a range of shoes which are associated to the grunge style, which matches the bands genre of music which is phydellic, grunge and indie.
